It is in 2014 that Crossing-Tech started to work with Real Estate Portfolio Managers willing to accelerate their growth in a digital era. In order to seize the digital opportunity and respond to its data challenges, Crossing-Tech created STREETS: the first integration & data management platform dedicated to Real Estate Portfolio Managers. As of today, STREETS manages data from +10 swiss real estate fund / +300 buildings; data being provided by, among others, +20 property managers.
