There are 4 things you should know before you do any steps:

  1. Once you create one Cash App account, its details are saved in the database of Square Inc., the parent company
  2. All of the data is encrypted
  3. It’s impossible to access the account without a PIN/passcode sent to your e-mail address or phone number every time you attempt to log in
  4. Cash App does NOT have an official phone number nor real customer service you can talk to by voice. They do have a text-based customer service, and an official free toll phone number, but the response is automated
  5. If you still have access to your e-mail address or phone number.

Option 1.

If you are already signed in to your new Cash App account, do this:

  1. Tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  2. From the list, tap on Sign Out.
  3. In the Sign In screen, enter your old e-mail address or phone number.

  6. Enter the debit card number, expiration date, CVV, and ZIP code tied to your old account.
  7. After you tap on Save Card, you’ll be back to the home screen of the Cash App account you tried to restore.
