The Wealth Innovation Forum Hungary, organized by ?IS Wealth, is an international meeting for private bankers, UHNWIs, wealth managers, family businesses and family offices. Participation fee includes coffee breaks, buffet lunch and evening reception. Travel, accommodation and visa charges are not included. Details of how to obtain reduced rate hotel accommodation for this conference will be forwarded to every delegate on receipt of their registration form.

Cancellation policy

1. If you are unable to attend your place may be transferable to a colleague or partner with prior written notice.
2. Invoiced amounts are due in full. The Organizer will not issue refunds.
3. If you register but cannot attend the Organizer will provide you with conference documentation.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the conference program and schedule without notice.
5. The Organizer is not responsible for any costs occurring due to any changes or cancellations.

 

Official language is English. No simultaneous interpreting will be provided.

Dress code is business attire or business casual.

 

Conference materials 

At the registration all participants will receive carrier bags with conference materials. All presentations of the conference will be available on the online storage. Special link will be provided to the delegates at the conference.

 

Business cards and badges

We recommend participants have sufficient number of business cards (app. 50-100 pcs.) for successful networking during the conference and exhibition.

Wearing of personal badge is obligatory during the time of visiting conference, exhibition and informal events.

 

Food and beverage

Coffee breaks, buffet lunch and evening reception is included in the registration fee.

Participants are not allowed to bring food and beverage to the conference venue.
