Position Overview
We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site operations for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring project success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
Prepare progress reports and communicate with senior management.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and relevant software tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
