As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing game systems, mechanics, and player progression that keep millions of players engaged and entertained.
What You'll Do
Design gameplay mechanics, game loops, and progression systems.
Create and maintain Game Design Documents (GDDs).
Analyze player behavior and use data to improve game performance.
Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and producers.
Prototype new features and evaluate their impact on player engagement.
Research gaming trends and competitor products.
Requirements
Passion for games and deep understanding of player psychology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience designing game systems, levels, or game economies.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through documentation and presentations.
Familiarity with game development processes.
Experience with mobile, browser, or PC games is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience with live-service games.
Knowledge of game analytics tools.
Basic scripting or prototyping skills.
Portfolio showcasing game projects or design work.
