We’ve managed to organise a very special event for tonight, where we have brought together key people from 3 major pension bodies: ● The Pension Protection Fund ● The Pensions Ombudsman Service ● The Financial Services Compensation Scheme The main topic will be the new Fraud Compensation Fund, which can be used to pay compensation to pension scam victims, under some circumstances. We want all interested parties, especially of course pension scam victims, to understand how the Fraud Compensation Fund works and what the eligibility criteria is. The Fraud Compensation Fund could be a game-changer for some victims so this is a particularly important event meeting.
