In 2018, Henry Stimler joined Newmark and now works as an executive managing director. Before becoming a senior director at the Newmark, Stimler helped establish London Green Capital, a debt origination firm. Tri-State investors have been able to diversify their investments by following Stimler's advice and investing in new markets across the United States. Stimler's reach, in contrast, is global. Mr. Stimler has sourced equity from high-net-worth individuals from London, Tel Aviv, and Johannesburg. He is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Yiddish. Newmark provides project funding advice to corporations across all sectors. Newmark’s team is a leading transaction advisory team that works across all asset classes to help corporations raise capital through projects. They also provide a range of real estate and financial services. Henry Stimler devotes many hours to helping the Chabad organization and Investors Club charity, and he is also an active board member of Elevate, a philanthropic organization that mentors underprivileged youths. He also supports Chabad and Investors Club through his time and energy. He is an active member of the New York community, too.
