Laura Rys has practiced securities law for 26 years at a boutique firm specializing in private placements, life insurance premium financings, real estate financings, and IPOs/SPACs. She has received the New York Businesswoman of the Year award from Saint Armand Ventures. Laura, an account specialist, works with family offices, corporations, foundations, and charities to set up financial transactions. Before joining the Warren Law Group, she worked as a solo attorney in New York. As a solo attorney, she built a strong clientele and expanded her corporate and litigation businesses. Other than helping entrepreneurs expand their companies, she has also prosecuted securities arbitrations. Laura Rys also received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Seton Hall University South Orange NJ, plus a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University Newark NJ.
