Basically investors can come from all jurisdictions. However, as an asset manager, you have the possibility to restrict what kind of investors (e.g. only qualified investors) and from which country can see it. E.g. you can state, for example, that investors from Hong Kong can’t see it at all, and from all other jurisdictions only qualified/accredited investors can see your offers.
